This Saturday we are having a wedding cake demonstration and tasting at Bloomingdales in Chevy Chase, MD @the registry on 3rd! If you are getting married and want to check out some cool cakes then stop by. Some flavors to try are:
-White cake with passion fruit and blackberry buttercream
-Almond Cake with Raspberry buttercream and almond meringues
-Chocolate cake with hazelnut and chocolate buttercream and caramelized hazelnuts
-Red Velvet cake with milk chocolate ganache, vanilla buttercream and Vahlrona candy crunch
We are going to be demonstrating some sugar flowers, and piping on a cake. You can also check out Bloomingdales awesome bridal registry department while you are there!
